Dr. Rhoda Makinde, born in 1979, is a Nigerian medical doctor and Director of Hopeline Health Services in Maryland, United States. She has experience in developing and overseeing operational medical systems, home and community-based waiver services, and medical outpatient programs. Dr. Makinde is also the founder of DROMI (Dr. Rhoda Makinde Initiative) in Nigeria, which aims to lift women out of poverty and improve their lives. She has completed Certificate programs at Harvard University and is honored with an Honourary Degree from Global Oved Dei Seminary and University.
