Abuja skill acquisition
In year 2020 Dromi has empowered nothing less than 100 youths in North central in Shoe production, kampala making, small chop production, decoration , make up and gele tying .
Dromi also held in campaign for gender equality in march in conjunction with Trade union congress of Nigeria TUC in Abuja .
Akugba akoko ( Adekunle ajasin university skill acquisition)
? As part of our vision in empowering youth and women irrespective of their race and ethnicity the organisation trained more 700 final students of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, Ondo State in preparing them for live after school in form of
empowerment and reduction of unemployment rate in the society via self-reliance and economy prosperity programmes in Gele tying, Make up, Decoration, Small chops production amongst other Useful skills. The event took place at the school premises between January 13th – 17th, 2020.

Empowerment Programmes
DROMI is all about women empowering women, we had the arguably the biggest Women summit programme in the country in which nothing less than 1000 women where empowered with cash and working materials. The organization distributed 200 worth of sewing machines,100 grinding machine,200 hair dryers , 100 cake mixers, 400 women were given 20,000 naira to 50,000 naira in cash and many more .

Education intervention
? Education is the key for mind and society liberation, the organization organized the biggest Educational intervention programme both in Ondo West and East Local Government Area which was held between February 7th to 15th 2020. ? Academic materials worth of millions were distributed to students and pupils in the area e.g. Notebooks, Mathematical sets, Writing Materials, School Bags and Water Bottles ? 100 students were selected for scholarships and 80 merited the scholarship both at primary and secondary level. it would gladdens your heart that our professional team has stated the implementation of the scholarship which will last for academic year, implementation would have been completed if not for the COVID 19 pandemic.

Helping the needy is of paramount importance to the organization there by, information the organization of a handicap woman with a kid, this made the professional team to intervene to the situation by providing her a grinding machine, which was presented to her on a programme at Eki FM along with cash to start up certain business for feeding the family since the husband has neglected her and the child was adopted into our orphanage home for proper care.
A widow who hustles for feeding the children was seen by the intervention team and was also given grinding machine as well as cash for business and up keep. Based on the corona virus pandemic and the lock down in the community DROMI as an organization deem it fit to render a selfless services and organising a palliative drive to get across to the community both within and outside Ondo State, privilege and less privilege till the month of May. A grinding machine was given to a widow (Mrs Akande Mariam) who is striving hard to sustain her family. DROMI organized Facebook challenge for our Facebook fans using it a means of rendering help to them and also passing across the hygienic rules of corona virus to the society in which more than 200 people participated. DROMI also stretch out her hand of love towards certain people who calls for help on getting our number from the Facebook page. DROMI has organize training for youths in Rivers , Delta, Bayelsa in Small chops production and decoration .
